Our dog absolutely loves this durable, quiet, and safe toy! She eventually chews through all of her toys, except this one! We use the snoop to play fetch, hide treats, and even put her meals in it. Keeps her occupied, engaged, and happy!!
This ball is amazing! My dogs normally chew up every toy, even the toughest, but this one is the tops! With a few low-cal biscuits tucked inside, the ball becomes a whole new type of entertainment. My mutt has learned to climb onto the bed and throw the ball off to get the biggest chance of ball-bouncing-biscuit outage. When she outwitted the Snoop, I closed off the opening with a Nook. Double challenge! So much fun to watch! And even the Jack Russell avoids chewing through this toy in favor of puzzling out the treat- that's a first. I give this the Snoop two dewclaws up!
Our 12 week old puppy figured this out in no time, but he still loves getting treats from it. We keep it stocked with kibble while at work, and he just goes over, picks it up, drops it, and treats come flying out.
The material seems to attract his fur, but is easy to clean.
We love this toy! It's totally durable and built to last. Our dog can easily carry it in her mouth or kick it around the house. We stick treats in the mouth part of the toy and it keeps her occupied! Like all other rubber dog toys though, it picks up a lot of fur and dirt.
Just bought this for our golden retrievers Our resident oldie (11 yrs) got a hold of it before our 7 month old puppy did and now he won't let go of it. It's been hours and he's still trying to get the last training treat out from the bowl. Very worth the money!
My dog loves this toy!! It has been the one toy I've purchased that has survived three years of play. My chow pit mix has not destroyed this.
I picked this up for Hazel last Saturday. Hazel loves treats. Instead of giving her a handful of mini treats, I put them in the Snoop and she has to work for them. Her tail is wagging the whole time and we are entertained just watching her.
My pup and I absolutely love the Snoop! It is such a fun, durable treat toy. I have a Havanese who tends to eat her meals out of a bowl too quickly, so I just put her 1/2 C in the snoop and watch her go to town. She loves meal time with her Snoop! Love the simplicity of clean up and the fresh mint smell that has not gone away despite multiple mealtimes and washings. Great job with this one, Planet Dog!
Best dog toy ever ... Hours of fun and play for any type of dog or size. My dogs just can't get enough of this toy with treats inside!
I got this for my dog and she absolutely loves it, its the best thing to distract her, and works amazing on long car rides absolutely love it
My dogs walk around with this in their mouths constantly and fight over it. They're bottom jaw goes in the center and they happily walk around with it. I have one who is food aggressive and had a melt down with not being able to get the kibble out of this but empty - it's his favorite toy!
This toy is amazing. Both dogs love it. It is durable and tuff. They take them everywhere just to carry around.
They love to get food out but it is a favorite with nothing in it at all
I have a rescue, part pit / part shepherd. My dog is an agressive chewer. He is a good boy, but can rip up any toy, except this one. I have purchased many toys for "agressive" chewers. I have spent lots of $$$ over the years to find the "right" toy. Any time I purchased a toy, it would last, maybe a month. I bought this based on the suggestion of the sales lady, thinking it would last a week. Boy! Was I wrong! This toy has entertained my Mulligan for hours. When I add some treats, he will stay fixated on getting every piece, until all is gone. He tries to chew this toy, but realizes he cant break through it. He tosses it around in the house, and since it is so soft, it does not mark or damage any furniture. This toy is durable, easy to clean, and a good "indoor" toy to have. The quality is amazing. The price is fair. I recommend this toy to all petowners with a "chewers". Finally! A toy that my dog will stay entertained with for hours.
Our dog loves this toy and it helps to calm her down when she is fixated on food. However, it now has a horrible mold growing in it that we can't get rid of. We have washed it regularly, and recently we tried by hand, in the dishwasher, and even soaking it in bleach, but nothing is helping. When we took it back to Planet Dog, they told us that it is not supposed to go outside (even though it doesn't seem to say that anywhere else). So beware. Great toy but a fatal flaw.
Around our house, we use a number of food-distribution "brain toys" to keep our three dogs busy. The Snoop is a favorite both from the dog's point of view and from the human's point of view. For people, the Snoop is fast to fill, and easy to clean. For dogs, the Snoop is unpredictable, and progressively more challenging as it empties, which keeps the dog's interest. Love this toy!
I just wanted to say how much I love this toy! I sell this in my store and people love it. I myself have one and it's been wonderful. I put all kinds of things in there for my dog to pull out not just treats. I also found that that lightbulb I got from you at Christmas fits perfectly in there and makes it really fun and challenging for her to get out. Fantastic quality! Thank you Planet Dog!
My dog loves this toy - I fill it up with kibble and let him bounce it out - however, after three dinners the toy is broken beyond use. I wish this toy came in a stronger material like Kong Extreme Rubber.
I'm a 11 month old Vizsla with plenty of energy. I destroy most toys and finish bones in about 15 minutes. This is the first toy I like because treats fall out when I play with it and even though I try really hard, I can't destroy this one! Not even a tiny tear. My owners have timed me and I can spend up to 30mins playing with this until I get tired and need to rest. This toy is fun and keeps me very busy!
Our lab mix figured this out pretty quickly. Our first offering was with her dry food. She flipped it over a few times, and then picked it up and dropped it - the food erupted out of the middle. So, we have tried various treats inside that lodge in the side when it's folded up. She now drops it first and then flings it across the room - the treats pop out of the middle though less slowly than the food. We have a bunch of planet dog toys and she figures them all out. Given her technique, I am grateful this is soft and bounces. Thanks.
I bought my 2 labs each one of these a couple weeks ago, before buying these I would come home to messes and half eaten books and much more since buying these I pit part of there A.M. Feeding some peanut butter and sometimes some tuna inside and freeze them over night. I haven't come home to a mess in weeks! I could not be happier. The only thing I would change is making them dishwasher friendly (leant that the hard way. ) as well as maybe adding some of those"nipple" like textures on the exterior to help clean teeth. But really you can't ask for everything in one toy.
Durable and amazing fun. Our two love this. The best thing is that, unlike other treat dispenser toys, this doesn't make a racket as it's flung around the room! The middle pops out for easy cleaning.
I purchased this toy when it first came out and it's been a favorite ever since. It's extremely durable - it still looks near perfect, even with my heavy chewer occasionally grabbing it from my other dog, T (who the toy "belongs" to). T plays with it every day, whether there's treats in it or not. He carries it around, bouncing it and tossing it. He enjoys flipping it over and pouncing on it, as well. We occasionally use it with the glow in the dark ball stuck in it for an extra challenge, but he prefers it without.
We were in a pet store the other day that had one on the ground with treats in it, trying to entice dogs to play with it. T immediately picked it up and starting carrying it around like it was his Snoop from home, even though it was the other color.
I cannot recommend this toy highly enough!
My one year old lab/pit/mastiff mix has tons of energy and destroys most toys but this one is so interactive and fantastic! He loves it, I put his entire dinner in it or just treats and it takes him a while to get it all out. I love that it's easy and quick for me to fill and easy enough for him to get them out but difficult enough that it takes him a while. Added bonus is that he can see treats are still in there and he loves to stuff his snout it the middle and lick it so he doesn't give up on it when it gets difficult for him to get the last few treats out. It's also nice that the hole is large enough that I can use a wide variety of treat sizes. Also, if I want to make it tougher I stick a tennis ball in the middle for added interactive play. It's been pretty durable against his chewing so far. Alrhough, if I notice the treats are gone and he lays down with it to chew, I take it away, just in case. I've used 5 other interactive treat toys and this one is by far the best.
My dog seemed to like this OK, but after 2 months of only occasional use for feeding her kibble, the toy split apart. She's a medium-size shepherd/hound mix, not some giant dog with jaws of steel, and she isn't usually very hard on her toys. The toy was also put away between feedings, so she didn't chew on it very often. I was pretty disappointed that it didn't last.
